Why do Evanto not reply to my requests for a refund??
They failed to end my subscription when asked and now I am chasing 243 GBP for an unused account!
You can’t contact them by phone - so this is the only way to contact.

Yes, but nothing. I can’t track my tickets either.
I had to stop the subscription via PayPal. Morally they should give me my money back because I haven’t used the service.
Lets hope they are good company and will do this.
You shouldn’t have to cancel like that. You can cancel directly on Envato Elements whenever you want.
