Envato charges me twice

Hi, I bought a product on 19 of September and Envato charged me for that. All good.

But today, Envato charged me again with the same price, for the same product, a month later, and I dont have it twice. And I didnt missclick buying it a month ago, and of course I dont want it again, my job with this product is done, i dont need it again.

I made a refund message, but Its for the author, that I think that its not his fault, Envato has the fault. How can I message them about my problem? Because I really need that money back.
