Elements Envato Login Loop Bug, Logged in but site appears as a logged out user

I’m experiencing a bug very often when I log into elements.envato and it redirects me to the homepage upon success but is being shown as a non-logged-in user. When click a product it says sign in to download, but I am already logged in. When I try logging in it redirects me to the index page, as a signed-out user. I’ve tried hard-refreshing the site and that won’t work, I also can’t sign out as I’ve no option to. I even tried /logout and /signout in the URL but it won’t let me in.

If someone can fix this or explain why it’s doing this please, it’s very annoying when trying to work and I can access any tools.

Note sometimes it works fine but for the most part as of the last week and a half, I’ve been having this issue.

Clear the browser cache/cookies and re-login

Unfortunately, this is not working, though if I open in incognito I can use the site fine. Though this is a workaround I’d prefer to access it without the extra effort all the time.

If the error still happens after clearing the cache, check if browser add-ons are causing the problem. Have you tried turning off the add-ons? Also, have you tried using a different browser?
