Bug in elements.envato.com login

Dear Envato team,

I had an active subscription in elements.envato.com with my email.
I can successfully login to other envato.com website except elements and return error show “something went wrong”.
Upon inspection of console, I found out this error when I tried to login.

Access to XMLHttpRequest at 'https://account.envato.com/api/sign_in' from origin 'https://elements.envato.com' has been blocked by CORS policy: Response to preflight request doesn't pass access control check: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.

Please help to resolve this issue asap as I can’t login until now.
PS: I am using Microsoft Edge v97.0.1072.76 on Windows 11.

Clear all the browser cache and try again. It’s probably browser cookie issue

Same issue for two days - no response from customer service as yet. Cleared cache and history, logged back in, same message. Other sites work. Safari Version 14.1 (16611. Thinking about creating new Accont, but don’t want to lose years of curated project libraries.

Try to logout from the account and login again. Also, if possible, use another IP address ( 4G connection )

Great idea k-themes. Used my phone and got a little further; was able to login to account - still unable to update billing, still unable to get hands on assets needed for projects.

successfully login last 3 days ago and now face the same bug again.
Dear infra team, please write down what you need to do and stop missing the steps.
