Income in October is slightly higher than earnings in September, and almost 2 times less than earnings for this period last year. The earnings report turned into a quest.

Unusually small increase. Yesterday for 1 day 10$, today for 1 day is only 3$

I am quite confused when it comes to earnings and payouts as well as these dates that do not match. I would like someone to explain to me…So I’m relatively new to Elements.I became a member for the last few days of October. I have the whole month of November and a few days of December as a member.What I can see on the payout page, a few days in September (when I was not a member at all) the whole month of October and a few days in November.So, everything has been moved in a month. I am currently being billed for November from the first to the third. I can see that in the payment report.
Everything roughly coincides except it was moved in a month. I hope you understand me.
The second thing I want to ask, how is the payment made here? Do I have to give an order (if so, where and how) or the money is automatically withdrawn after a month. So far I have not received any information on how to do it and when I can to do that and I didn’t even get the money. I see salaries by months but not total earnings (is that even possible)?I hope I wasn’t confused so if anyone can explain to me how it works here with payout.Thank you 
Basically → here’s the simple example
Month “A” - Month “B” - Month “C” - Month “D”
We are in Month “C” - we see earnings updates for Month “B” (which will be paid on the 16th of the Month “D”) / 16 of the Month “C” we will get our payouts for Month “A”

Ok…now it makes sense…just tell me, is it automatically payout? No need action form my side?
Automatic payout 16 each month (Australian Time) → you must earn minimum 50 USD - if not then payout is moved to the next month. (don’t forget to setup your payout method first which is payoneer or paypal)
