Why is it impossible to download an update-file with 15.6 MB from your server?
Hey @Michael_Zingg, download issues are usually caused by local ISP limits imposed on certain servers (sometimes including our own). Have you tried downloading using a different connection? (mobile/other wifi) Unfortunately there’s not much I can recommend beyond that, in these cases. If you have tried the aforementioned methods, without any luck, please drop us a line. Thanks!
Ive bought a file which just won’t download, its a 50mb file and at first it said it would take nearly 2 hours, it had done about 70% when it finally gave up and stopped all together, Ive justtried again and its stopped after 4mb. My connection is fine, other sites working perfectly, speedtest no problems. I could have really done with this file to get my work done tonight. Any problems on the Envato end? / What do I do if Ive bought a file then cant download it?
