Download older WP plugin version instead of recently release new version

Hi There,

As an author of WP plugin, I had a release recently on codecanyon. Plugin users face some issues regarding downloads and updates of recent releases.
Some users purchase the latest released plugin but he found that, received an older version of the plugin.

Can anyone suggest to me is this issue comes from my side, if yes then please suggest to me how can I fix this?

Make sure you upload the file in different name while updating the item. ( itemv1.3.zip )
This would solve the problem. If you’d prefer, you can add previous version inside of the ALL Files ZIP as well
