customers are not getting the updated plugin from their acount

customers are contacting us and asking for the updated plugin as they are not getting the updated version from their account. for eg: if one of present product version is 2.1.7 and they are getting the previous version of the plugin, connected so many times over support but no solution.

check and do the needful, thanks in advance.

While you’re updating the plugin, make sure you add the version to the ZIP file and avoid using the same name ( file-v1.0.0 instead of file.zip ) This should solve your problem
