Download BeTheme without access to ThemeForest

A few of my customers are using BeTheme, as a paid version. As reported, WordPress 6.1 is not compatible with BeTheme <26.5.1.4 and result in a 503 Server Error when accessing the backend.

The website is being built by another company, and I don’t have access to the ThemeForest account.
How do I update manually to at least BeTheme 26.5.1.4?

It will only be accessible to the account which purchased the theme.

It’s quite irresponsible for the other company to have purchased it themselves and you might be best buying a new license/copy (your client buying it NOT you) so that you have ongoing access to updates and support
