Greetings, I have a problem contacting to Bethem team. The pre-installed plugins have a problem updating and activating, and I need to receive guidance. A website referred to me recently for some development purposes. Unfortunately, I do not have access to the designer of the website to get the credentials of the purchased Betheme. Has anybody, by any chance, any advice for that?
If you do not have access to the designer of the website, nor to the original purchase of the theme (I assume it was purchased for you but by someone else) then your only option is to purchase the theme yourself, and then avail yourself of the support options.
It might be the theme is out of date or the plugins, but in either case you need to reach out to the author.
