Hi there,
I just deleted all my items on Audiojungle as I noticed that Envato was purchased by Shutterstock and I also have the same material on Pond5 (also owned by Shutterstock). So I decided to jump ship and just start offering my content exclusively on Pond5 since I have more sales there.
My account is not deleted as I still want to maintain it.
Who can I contact about payout of the remaining funds?
Thanks in advance!
Robert
Do you sell your items at the same price on pond5 as on AJ, knowing that there is no option for multiple licenses?
No the prices are vastly different given that Pond5 has different licensing conditions. I also just switched to exclusive, which means I cannot sell these items on any other marketplaces.
Hi! If your total earnings are currently above $51 you’ll get your payment this March 15th (if already calculated) or April 15 if still not. However, if you didn’t reach the $50 threshold and you deleted your portfolio I’m afraid you won’t get an automatic payout. You may need to reach out support and ask for an exception.
Hey, BTW, does Pond5 still has a subscription plan for customers? They used to, but I couldn’t find that in their website. And what about the exclusive / non-exclusive author? As far as I remember they were non-exclusive only. But then again, I never uploaded there.
Could you share your experience and a few links? Market earnings here are so low that maybe it’s worth considering.
Thx!
I think subscription there is still active. I see some downloads every month.
For me here is still better than Pond5. Although both are low.
I have double the amount of files on P5 but almost zero sales lately. For the last 13 years it was always stable for me there but not anymore.
