Hi, just subscribed and downloaded a Davinci video template. I am on version 18.6 of Davinci and this template appears to be glitching. I replaced the placeholder images with a JPG and a Video and both gitch. The JPG image appears in the last frame of the laptop animation.
The Video just flickers between the original placeholder and the new video. Honestly, I am just starting with templates but have been editing in Davinci for years. I can’t image I am doing something wrong but please correct me. The instructions for the template install were unbelievably poor for what I thought was a professional subscription… Thanks all
