Hi. I have a mac computer, and Ive been trying to use several times the video templates and almost everytime it freezes my premier pro or even After Effects. How do I solve this issue? is that a computer problem or is it the program is not compatible with my computer? Im tired of trying several templates and it will just freeze Premier.
