Is Envato in need of customer support team? Does it take weeks to months to get support? My experience hasn’t been good.
envato support team will reply as quickly they can. for large volume of open ticket and weekend can be some delay.
I pray I am in the right place? I am very new and I am looking for this font (attached) the 
“S” I have several fonts I got here on Envato, but it’s not really the same? If you look at the font “everything” it does not have the swrls or fancy stuff you advertise? Why is that? I thought what I see is what I get??? I really need this font.
