Bear in mind that the support is slow, you may not get any response between 3-5 working days.

I’ve been patiently waiting for a response to ticket #3786792 for three days now, and the silence is extremely concerning. While I understand you may be experiencing high volumes, basic communication is a fundamental business practice.
At this point, I feel completely ignored as a customer. I’ve made multiple attempts to get an update without any meaningful response. This level of service is unacceptable, and I’m seriously considering filing a complaint with the FTC regarding these business practices.
Could someone - an actual person - please respond to my ticket? I need this resolved urgently.

Support is not here and as I stated earlier, sometime it takes over 10 working days ( sorry to say it but it’s true )
You should consider to find another option if you have if you don’t want to wait
