one of customer who purchased my one item, email me to render file in 4k. this is now in HD Format.
i reply him that i will update item in 4k in next week.
is this ok to email to customer? i am not aware about it is ok or not to reply in email.

When you will go to update your item you will find a ‘Notify Buyers’ box if you checked the checkbox your customer will be notified that their purchased item has updated and ready for download: https://prnt.sc/p7w9av
Also if any customer contact you for getting support then you can reply them and tell them about the next release update.
