could not upload using FTP filezilla Help me Please

hi all, i am new to video-hive, i am trying to upload my first project in to videohive using filezilla, i created the token and entered all the fields as said in the document, but i could not connect to the server, and test the ftp details using the filezilla test link and i am getting this error

i have enter the token which is generated as a password to connect the server, but still i am getting this following error

Make sure you have entered the correct username and password for ftp.author.envato.com
The server might refuse your login because there are already too many connected users. In this case try again in future. Consider increasing the limit, all modern servers can easily handle hundreds of concurrent users.

any one please help ?

You need to create a Personal Token here: https://build.envato.com/create-token/

Api permission for ftp:
When You will create a Personal Token can you confirm the following:

  1. You’ve generated a new API key here: https://build.envato.com/create-token/
  2. It has permissions to:
  1. When you log in you’re using the new API key as your password, and the username is set case sensitive

for ftp You will need to confirm the following settings:

Protocol: FTP - File Transfer Protocol
Host: ftp.marketplace.envato.com
Encryption: Use explicit FTP over TLS if available
Logon Type: Ask for password
User: <your Envato username here> (this is case-sensitive)
Password: <you will be prompted for the API key>

hi MGScoder, thankyou bro, i found the problem and solved it, my ISP is the problem maker, i used VPN and connect and its work fine now bro,
