Confused by support team message please help

Hello friends / Colleagues

I recently (day before yesterday) created a support ticket to envato asking how I can upload my existing market items to elements (I got the invitation and links to upload all to my email and I had already uploaded two items there, I still can see them under review tab) and making me confused unexpectedly the email got from the support team says that there is not Elements contributor account associated with my email address. I’m still confused as if there is anything wrong in behind, anyone with such experience? why they don’t see my email address? if they say so from whom I can ask? please help. (And I still can upload to elements)
