Evantoelements HELP does not submit. My Frustration!

Twice I have tried to get help from

  1. Envato Elements Help Center
  2. Submit a request
    But I cannot use the submit button. It does not work. Is this by design or accident.
    I have filled in all necessary boxes as far as I can see but no submission.
    Can anyone please advise me what I should do?
