Complain about support

Hi

I would like to find out there is a particular plugin we purchased but there is absolutely no support or reply.

can we complain or have any refund?

If the item comes with a support (it will be mentioned on the item page right under its price) and you are not getting any (and you’ve already waited for a reply some reasonable time), you are of course entitled for a refund.

As a note - make sure you are using the appropriate support channels. If you go to the item page and click on the “support” tab the item author should explain how to request support. They also might list other important information, such as days or times that support is provided.
