Generally when an item is rejected, it means it’s not up to the quality standards of the marketplace.

Ok, so I checked the front-end first - to me it seems that you need to improve the responsiveness of the counter. It doesn’t look right on mobile and smaller screens. Maybe this is one of the reasons for the rejection.

Also, I don’t know if there are specific guidelines for woocommerce plugins, but seems to me that the settings panel for the counter has to be more user-friendly. It would be quite difficult to go to the settings page and manually enter the SKU of every item that you want to be on sale(if you don’t want a whole category).
If this can be integrated in the product page itself, it would definitely be better.
Another thing is the showcase/presentation of the item itself. Maybe add a couple more examples of the countdown being used on light/dark backgrounds, etc.

And one last important thing - if there are similar items already on the marketplace, you would have to offer something truly unique in order to be approved, so keep that in mind.

Yes, I have started for responsive design.
I just request you that please let me know if more any issue.

This plugin include unique functionality because there is no any plugin include sale setting and countdown setting by single page for whole shop.
