Hi everyone,
I recently submitted my multi-restaurant SAAS web application “Restaurant Order Website + POS” to both Codester and Codecanyon.
Codester approved it without any issues.
Codecanyon rejected it with this message:
“Thank you for your submission. We have completed our review of ‘Restaurant Order Website + POS [SAAS]’ and unfortunately we found it isn’t at the quality standard required to move forward, and you won’t be able to re-submit this item again.”
I had included:
- A full working demo
- Installation guide and documentation
- Clean and tested UI/UX

Backend / Admin Panel: https://restaurant.webotapp.com
Username: demo@webotapp.com

Can anyone with experience on Codecanyon reviews give insight into:
- What quality standards might I have missed?
- Are there any design, code structure, or documentation issues I should focus on?
- Any tips for meeting Codecanyon’s expectations?
Any feedback would be appreciated — I want to improve this product and possibly repackage or enhance it for future marketplaces.
Thanks in advance!
