Kindly Need Expert Feedback on My SaaS Restaurant POS – tably

Hello Experts,

I hope you’re doing well.

We’ve been working on a multi-location Restaurant POS system (SaaS ready) called tably– AI Powered Restaurant POS & Smart Ordering System. Unfortunately, our recent submission was rejected by CodeCanyon with the following message:

“Thank you for your submission. We have completed our review of ‘tably’ and unfortunately we found it isn’t at the quality standard required to move forward. You won’t be able to re-submit this item again.”

This was disheartening for our team – it’s been nearly 6 months of effort by a team of 8 people, and we truly poured our hearts into this product.

I’m reaching out here in the hope that some of you amazing experts could take a few minutes to review our system and share any insights or suggestions – whether it’s related to code quality, design standards, UI/UX, or general product readiness.

I checked out Tably, great work so far! The interface looks clean and user-friendly, which is key for restaurant staff. The core features like order management and billing seem well thought out. One suggestion: consider adding integrations with popular food delivery platforms or accounting tools to increase value for users. Also, onboarding could be simplified with a step-by-step setup guide or interactive demo. Overall, strong potential!

Hi there,

You have a great product! I’m reaching out because I’m facing the exact same issue. I’ve updated my files and documentation, but my item is still getting rejected.

I received this article from the Help Center:
How to Get Your Items Through Review at Envato

If your product was approved, could you please share what improvements you made?

Wishing you all the best!

Although not a reason for rejection:

  • you cannot be using trademarks in your demo
  • you need to check the numbers etc. on a phone.
  • none of the learn more under power of Tably works which feels unfinished
  • testimonial names/titles need improvement
  • a lot of the community and training etc. plus other footer links feel very unfinished

That aside - it looks pretty but but (purely on a personal level) I would question its suitability to a stock marketplace. While this is just a demo…

  • there is talk of installation etc. which is something vastly beyond just the website
  • I struggle to think that any reputable business would a) be searching a stock marketplace or b) be willing to onboard a solution to handle potentially confidential business/user information that does not concretely guarantee support, updates, maintenance etc. versus the numerous advanced and off the shelf platforms that already exist in this space.
