Charged twice for the same item

Hello!

I just bought an item from Themeforest and have been charged twice for the item; one charge is USD, and the second charge is EUR.

This has not happened in previous purchases.

May I ask for clarification on the double charging, please?

Have you checked your statements! Your statements should exist all information about the charged amount.

please go to your Dashboard then statement Tab. you will find invoice(s) there.
