I really like buying my stuff here, but many times i got burned by developers that simply drop support or even worse, their initial release was good, great reviews, but later on they just got lazy and even have the gulls of showing great reviews when the reality reflects something else, this issue goes beyond a refund, i understand that some cases support is dropped because the product has lived its cycle, from innovation to competing with others that do the same thing, i get that, and that’s ok, but in some cases one has given a great review only to have the developer drop the ball later and still try to sell a bad product to other customers, and while the envato “testers” might be efficient at the first stage (i have my reserves regarding that) they can’t be testing every update that comes along.
So, How can I correct a good product going bad and a bad product going good after making a review, the ability to edit reviews would be a good one, in terms of having an updated and recent opinion on any product offered in envato market.
