Hello, I’m looking for some help.
In the past month I have switched hosting providers and my Total theme has an update available. When I click orange.red banner to update the process fails. A message stated that my theme is at the latest version… which its not.
I have opened a ticket with my hosting provider but they tell me that the hosting configuration is correct. providing me with the output of the test.
Within the plugin settings tab the test api function completes successfully. I have also changed my token but the result is the same.
Is there anything someone could suggest I try?
