I bought the theme beforehand … but unfortunately found some problems after the installation … The WP-Jobsearch plugin cannot be installed (according to Wordpress it is an Ajax error) and Envato Market plugin cannot be updated … the same the demo data is not imported …

I need help please.

i have tried to contact them over skype … but they didnt answer … can i get my money back from themeforest and buy another job theme …
