Hi, my client purchased CareerfyVersión: 6.2.0 in 2021 and I can’t no longer get updates on it. The page speed score are very low and not even with jetpack or similar plugins they get better.

Your client that purchased it will be able to login to their themeforest account by and download whatever the latest version of the theme is.

Only if it was setup correctly using envato’s plugin to handle the updates.
Given how long it’s been and how many new versions there have been, it would probably be better to do it manually.
This error usually suggests that the file you’re uploading is too large for your server. Often times, it’s because you’re uploading the wrong file. Make sure to download and install the theme using only the “Installable WordPress file only” option.
If the issue persists, contact your web host’s support team. It could be a limit on the maximum file size, or the server may not have enough memory to process the upload.
