Can't retrieve Envato account

Hello,

An associate of the company had created an account for the purchase of the Wordpress addon UberMenu on July 20, 2015 at 2:57:56 p.m. Since then, he has lost the identifiers. Can you send me his Username in order to reset his password, on the email attached to this account? Invoice number: 68389540RB741002G

Hello @nicolasd55,

Envato will not share customer/author details with anyone. Only the account owner can request for help to recover their account.

you can try to recover username from here: Recover Usernames | Envato Account
but you will need to get active your email associated with your Envato account.
