Hi,

a Client of mine has a site with a lot of issues and need to restore it, lost access data, he doesn’t remember even the registration email, and cannot access in order to extend the support for the theme bought, as far as I know from the theme WordPress data is the registration code and the envato username.
Can someone please help me with some instructions how to manage this situation.

Hi,

thank your precious help, to do the recovery I need the email, which unfortunately the Client does not recall.
I do have the registration code but I need to know which email in order to reset the access data and exten the support.

I have contacted the market.envato.com help and waiting for them, any other idea ?!..

Just an FYI - I highly doubt that support will be able to discuss or advise anything related to someone else’s account
