Mailbox closed, impossible to retrieve my purchase code

Hello,

I need to retrieve the purchase information for a theme to redesign a customer’s site, but he can’t remember the mailbox he used for Envato and thinks it doesn’t exist anymore. I tried to log in with the login and password but, obviously, it sends a security mail to the mailbox that doesn’t exist.
I’ve tried logging in with the login and password but, of course, it sends a security mail to the untraceable mailbox. I’ve also tried activating the theme on WP but it doesn’t work. How can I, or my customer, recover access to this account where the theme and its documents are located?
