Can't find my theme downloads

I purchased 3 jupiter theme lic. 4 months ago and i am ready to use them but can not locate the downloads. Where can I find them?

You can find your downloads by hovering over your name at the top right of ThemeForest and clicking “Downloads”. Here’s the link for you.

Assuming that you didn’t refund, could you have purchased it from a different account?

I went to Artbees and registered the purchase codes, found the downloads. Can not find the purchases on envato market.
