As the title indicates, I want to know whether VideoHive is a platform where we can sell a newly developed plugin for Premiere Pro. It is not a script, but a full plugin on its own. If this is a platform that supports this, which category would suit it best. Maybe the Premiere Pro Scripts?
I guess it would be the script category, the tools license is also the only one that really makes sense for a plugin.

Premiere Pro Presets can be submitted to the Add-Ons category. Once selected, choose “Premiere Pro Presets” from the dropdown menu, and you’ll be presented with a list of acceptable file formats. Please see screenshots for reference:
