Can I use twentythirteen theme...?

I start to create a WordPress theme and I want to sell it on ThemeForest but I used twentythirteen theme (default from Wordpress) and edited as my theme.Can i use it or it will be rejected?

this is not free…i used my own design(original) and developed by me…but i use twentythirteen theme as a schelet?is not right that?
