Can I sell freemium Wordpress themes on Themeforest?
So? I want to upload theme’s free version to https://wordpress.org/themes/ and sell it’s pro version at Themeforest.
Also I want to promote my theme with Facebook ads. Does it increase sellings?

I have a question. Can the sale of a free theme be only on wordpress.org? Can I also offer a free theme on my own website? I mean, wordpress.org will wait 2-4 months before they accept it, the review process takes a long time…

If you own/create an item then you can share/sell it where you want BUT if you are an exclusive author then you can’t distribute (anywhere) free/lite or other versions of items that you want to sell here
