Can I use the theme license on another website?

Hi guys, I will stop using my website using the theme XEN. I just want to know if I can re-use this theme on my new site , if I deactivate in on the old site. Thanks for the reply

A new site would be considered a new end product and you would need a new license.

Yes, but I wouldn’t use anymore my old website, including the theme. I definitely can’t move it in the new website?

No you’ll need a new license even if the old site is no longer in use.
