Please, I would like to know if after designing a website for a client and the client redesigns their website with another theme or the client decides not to renew their hosting plan, and thereby not have a website anymore.
Can I use the theme for another client?

I recommend contacting the author of the theme. The two websites would generally be considered two distinct “end products,” and would require separate licenses. However, if the first site is definitely no longer available, some authors may de-register the theme so you can re-register it on the new website.
That decision is entirely at the author’s discretion, so check with them to see if they can do this for you.
