Can I use Envato Elements' web templates in a product that will be sold on Codecanyon?

Hi everybody,

Regarding the license of web templates, I’m building a Laravel application and need an admin dashboard template.

If I download a template from Envato Elements (or purchase one from ThemeForest,) can I use it in my application (with the necessary modifications of course)

Only if you have written permission and agreement with the original author (they need to submit a ticket to envato and give you the ID) AND an extended license for the item.

What about templates from “Envato Elements,” there is no extended license?

I am not sure you can use these or if the elements license covers it, and especially as most (in particular the ones up to the expected standard) exist on Themeforest too
