Can i sell eCommerce Websites Templates as front-end website

When I create files in React, do I need to build a full-stack application — with features like login, registration, newsletters, selling, and purchasing — or is it enough to just create a beautiful, modern front-end layout? I noticed that most themes on ThemeForest are FullStack only, so I’m not sure what I should focus on next.

Should I learn back-end development in order to build a fully functional website? Or is it sufficient to just create a visually appealing front-end? Please let me know.

I’m planning to build an eCommerce website with features like add to cart, add to wishlist, cart preview, and product sorting. If I implement these features well, do you think it will be enough to get approved on ThemeForest?

That would be an absolute bear minimum and you will need to find more features and functionality to add more premium value

There’s no requirement to make it functional in terms of commerce but bear in mind the huge impact that will have on sales and potential buyers given how many fully working options exist.

Plus it will add a great deal of pressure on the design which would need to be completely flawless.
