can I sell a template I created from Canva to Envato Elements? since I see a new category for Canva Applications Supported?

No it needs to be professionally created and editable using tools like Adobe etc.

Canva is a relatively new addition to our list of supported applications for the Graphics category on Elements.

You can see the technical requirements for these items here:

These are companion files to other templates - for example, the main file might be a template created in Photoshop, but you could include a version that can be edited as a Canva template.
