Hi guys we have integrated In-App Purchase Feature in app so i want to make this feature for Regular License users so can we make it? and can i also mention this message in product description? message is “Not Required Extended License For In-App Purchase.”

Item features never separate license in envato market mean all of your item features will be under all license (Regular & Extended). So, you can add any features into your item update which will cover both license.
I think you can’t mention the message in your product description.

So can i mention this? “You can use In-App Purchase with Regular License”
why customer wil buy extended license?
the main difference is that under the Regular License, your end product (incorporating the item you’ve licensed) is distributed for free, whereas under the Extended License your end product may be sold.
If the item is part of a product (end product) for sale, you need the Extended License.
Example: A game or t-shirt for sale
If the end users need to pay to see the end product, you need an Extended License.
Example: A website that requires money before you can access the content
Please check in what condition customer will buy extended license.
I checked in other apps sellers they providing In-App Purchase in regular license also.
as I said you can integrate In-app Purchase but you can’t write the message about the license. because if end users need to pay to see the end product then customer must have to purchase extended license.

One last question. Can i set low price of product for first 3 purchase and upgrade price after 3 purchase and also mention in description on image? Like 30% OFF for first 3 buyers.
yes you can change your product price and write about discount in product description.
