Can anyone tell me the solution for this - converting PDF to MS Word without errors?

Hello Guys!

I have submitted Resume CV include (ai.) files and (docx.) files and have received from reviewers to fix the (docx.) files because some elements position doesn’t match. Is there any way to convert to MS Word files without errors like below?

I used Adobe Acrobat to convert from PDF to Word (docx.).

Thanks!

Here are some online tools you can use to convert PDFs to Word documents :

First, ensure that the font you’re using is installed and readable by Microsoft Word, not just for Adobe software but for all applications.

If the font isn’t recognized by MS Word, it will automatically change to the default font on your computer. This will also affect the entire layout, causing it to become disorganized.

Lastly, although conversion from Adobe Acrobat can be done automatically, you’ll still need to reformat the document in MS Word.

If you’re using Adobe Acrobat, this article on “Retain Page Layout” might be helpful: https://www.adobe.com/in/learn/acrobat/web/convert-pdf-retain-page-layout.

Yes, Using the “Retain Page Layout” setting will make it easier for you to edit and maintain the original positions of objects.

However, you should double-check the result, as text boxes sometimes merge together. This needs to be edited to improve the user experience for easier editing. Also, if your design contains vectors, they may be converted to raster images, which will require further editing.
