I’m just wondering that can I buy a PSD theme from ThemeForest and resell it to ThemeForest after making it a ReactJS or VueJS theme? And for just converting the PSD that I bought. And also to sell it in an ReactJS or VueJS format do I need to ask the person also and also need to give a share of each sale to the owner of the PSD (Though I’ve bought it)
You need permission and/or an agreement with the original author, and the extended license
