I’m just wondering if it is possible to pay for a theme with some Envato balance and the rest with PayPal or Card.
If so, how do I go about it?

Not unfortunately it’s not - has to be one way or the other
Is it just me or is it a bit stupid that you can’t do that?
Probably to do with potential fees involved for both buyers and envato and how amounts are calculated for authors etc. there would have to be a minimum threshold etc which would just become confusing
