Buyer Complaining about Theme Version

Hey,

Some of our Buyers complaining that " they getting an older version of our theme while downloading it from Themeforest"
Like, We have updated our theme to Version 2.0.2 but they still getting Version 1.0

I observer that all users who complained are from the USA.

What is the best solution to check this condition

We also get this issue all the time. The only fix is to ask them to update the theme from WP Admin - updates.
