So I brought the theme Wooti WP - Ultimate Multipurpose WordPress WooCommerce Theme

however after downloading the theme, it was a completely different theme by a different author…

How do I go about fixing this or getting a refund?

Which is literally a free theme.

I have been scammed on this website…

I seriously expected more from Envato… used the service before and never had such issues… are there no quality checks going on?

It says on the item page the theme uses Avanam. I don’t understand the problem you’re having.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Using [Avanam wordpress theme]) as parent theme.

It literally contained nothing but that free theme. They are charging for a free theme and not including anything with it.

Its pretty clear what the issue is.

Envato have already issued me a refund.
