Hi, I want to provide feedback that I have attempted to contact Brave theme support via email on a few occasions now and they are non responsive. As it stands the theme is non functioning and support hasn’t been delivered. Th e menu only works in Customize mode. Have tried removing plugins and following documentation.

You can ask your query directly to the Item author by posting comments going through the Item Comments page. In Item Comments page author should reply within few hours (except holidays/weekend)
Or send them a direct email going through the author profile page in Envato market, there you will find a contact form.

thank you. I had tried both methods but yesterday they did contact me. I think the issue is about to resolve itself.
