Inquiry Regarding Theme Purchase on ThemeForest

I’m writing to inquire about a recent issue I’ve encountered while trying to purchase a theme on your platform ( For the past four days, I’ve been attempting to complete a purchase but keep receiving an error message (screenshot attached).

Initially, I thought the problem might be related to my account or a potential restriction with my bank (similar to a previous experience with PayPal). However, after checking with my bank, they confirmed that there are no restrictions on my Visa card or transactions with ThemeForest.

I would be grateful if you could investigate this issue and help me find a solution. Perhaps you could escalate the problem to the appropriate team within ThemeForest.
