bought BeTheme but the folder has not file zip

i ve just bought BeTheme, but in the download there is not file zip so i can’t upload it on my wordpress blog. Can you help me pls?

Or much did it cost? Are you sure you have purchased a WP version and not a HTML template?

Can you screenshot what you see when you open the download?

When you clicked download on themeforest do you see an “installable WordPress files only” option?
