I cannot find the Installable WordPress file in both download option and downloaded zip file

Hi - I’ve just purchased a theme on Envato. However, I cannot find the theme.zip file in both downloaded zip package and download option on the page, so that I could not use the theme that I bought. Therefore, I assume I’ve been scammed by the author on Envato.

Have someone experienced this issue? How could you resolve it?

What’s the item link? Are you sure it’s a WP theme?

Is it from Elements or Marketplace ( ThemeForest )?
